This form is used to request a quote for on-site video shooting and editing by a freelancer (in most cases, Doug Baker). Please fill it out with as much detail as possible, and Stephanie Henkener will respond with a quote.

The 2060 Digital Hub will handle quoting:

• Edits to existing client or footage we already have in-house (i.e. on-site shooting is not required)
• Edits where footage is provided to them and expected to be supplemented with stock video
• Graphic/animated videos

A DBS can put these requests into Flagship. If there is no DBS on the account, please contact Stephanie Henkener for further direction.
